Distinctly sweet scent, vanilla forward, marshmallow, cocoa. Same on palate, finishing with white pepper and ginger tingle, faint hint of grapefruit peel and jalapeno. It s a little too sugary-sweet, but the barrel-aged versions amp up warmer tones.
