Nose: Intense and very fruity. Fully ripe, juicy Williams pears in the foreground are accompanied by traces of spice, such as mace, allspice, long pepper and fennel seeds, as well as the subtle scent of candied ginger.

Palate: Initially very mild and caressing, the full flavor of the ripe, juicy fruit soon emerges. With its lingering bouquet and prolonged hints of spice, the long-lasting aftertaste leaves a mild feel in the mouth.

Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled between 16° and 18° C. A perfect accompaniment to marinated salmon.

This clear eau de vie mixes pear and malty notes in the aroma. On the palate, the pear flavor fades quickly, leaving behind a slight bitterness on the finish and alcohol heat around the edges of the tongue, plus a slight saline note. - K.N.
