Appearance: A pretty pale gold color with a dynamic bead of fine bubbles.
Nose: The nose is expressive and opens with notes of almonds, citrus fruits, hay and field flowers. A real complexity that ends up revealing notes of dried fruits.
Palate: The attack is lively and delicate. A nice dynamism revealed by notes of grapefruit. The palate is well balanced. The dosage lets the wine live and express itself fully on acidulous, chalky notes, all with a good length.
